Welcome to Knockots' Page !
The Northbridge Knockouts has been an official demonstration team of Heart Foundation and its Jump Rope For Heart program since 1997. We also started competing with other ARSA (Australian Rope Skipping Association) jump rope teams in 2001.

We have a second official demo team called Northbridge Beats. An audition is held every February for the rest of Northbridge Primary School students to join in the Northbrige Beats. And some of the Beats are promoted to the Knockouts every year.

Students from other schools CAN participate in the jump rope activities with Jump-Fit program which is operated after school.

Upcoming Events
Knockouts/ Beats Audition will be held in February 2003 at Northbridge Public School. - Practise, kids!

The NSW State Championship / NSW Open will be held in Sydney in April, 2003. Please contact us for further information.

Australian Championship will be held in Gold Coast in June, 2003.
